Right on Route 7 West toward Leesburg. Right on Colvin Run Road.  Turn Right on Walker Road.  Turn Left into the Great Falls Village Centre.

From Reston:

Take the Fairfax County Parkway North.  Right on Baron Cameron Avenue.  Right on Route 7 East.  Left on Colvin Run Road.  Left at Walker Road.  Turn Left into the Village Centre.
